New gas compressors have been developed for the specific needs of gas compression systems based on our experience in applications including helium, hydrogen, water vapor, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, and hydrogen sulfide( not including oxygen and acetylene).
We never cease building on our experience with research and development to constantly improve our compressor products.
Premium Efficiency Line “J”
The J-series, with its innovative new rotor profile, will revolutionize the refrigeration industry. With this winning design and our focus being driven towards energy efficiency, the COP (Coefficient of Performance) has even surpassed Mayekawa’s high standards.
The completely new design provides more CFM for less HP. It is up to 15% more efficient than conventional screw compressors. The infinite slide valve allows load and unload control from 25% to 100%, and the new rotor lobe profile, “J profile”, allows a more proficient meshing between the lobes.

i Series
Simple and precise equals a more cost effective design.
Designed to be coupled with a variable frequency drive and motor, the i-series Compressor will achieve its peak efficiency and ensure maximum cooling capacity with minimum power. For customers who may require minimal control options, the MYPRO-IP panel is furnished on i-series units. Unlike some screw compressors with Hydraulic slide valve systems, this compressor has 50, 75, and 100% step loading and unloading like reciprocating compressors. The integral suction strainer and check valve facilitate ease of maintenance. Roller element bearings allow for differential oil low from startup. Therefore, no oil pump is required reducing energy and maintenance. Less moving parts ensure more reliability in operation.

C Series
Energy benefit of a two-stage system in a single, integrated package
Traditional two stage refrigeration systems require two compressors, motors, and oil separators. They also require auxiliary equipment like an inter-cooler and all the interconnecting piping and valves required to connect to all the components. The MYCOM C-series Compressor Package only uses one increased space requirement.
The C-series integrates a two stage refrigeration system into a single, compact package. A single compressor housing and integrated package reduces first cost, installation cost, and maintenance cost for an economically and energy efficient package.
Compound C-series Compressors are suitable for low temperature applications where energy savings is important and space is at a premium. The C-series Compressor is suitable for Ammonia and Freon applications.
